Rates
$180 for intake session
$160 for 50 minute therapy session

$140 for coaching session. Coaching is not usually covered by health insurance plan.  

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefit?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the copay amount per session?

As a courtesy, I will submit bills to your insurance company. Please determine your coverage before the first meeting.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment 

Payment is due at the time of service.  I accept credit cards, checks, and cash.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of appointments is expected 24 hours before the scheduled meeting, unless there is an emergency.

Clients will be charged the full fee for missed appointments. Insurance does not pay for missed sessions.
